CNC Milling
HFJ owns 3 axis and 4 axis CNC milling centers, we offer cost-effective milling solutions whether you need a single part, batch of prototypes, or full production order. We work with a wide range of metal and plastic materials.
Including Aluminum, Stainless steel, Steel, Brass, PVC, ABS, Nylon, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, HDPE, Delrin®, POM, Titanium etc.

Wire EDM
Wire EDM is abbreviation of Wire Electrical Discharge Machining. It’s to use movable metal wire (molybdenum wire, copper wire or alloy wire) as electrode wire.
The pulse current spark discharges in the electrode wires, then generates high temperature to melt or vaporize the metal to form a gap, so as to cut out parts.
Advantages and Features
01 Suitable for complex shapes that are difficult to produce with traditional cutting tools.
02 A good method to do trial production for new products with short run.
03 Work well to process hard conductive materials.
04 Suitable for cutting precious metals. Can reduce the loss of slitting, thus reducing costs.

Grinding is a complementary process to CNC milling and turning. We have sources for cylindrical grinding, internal grinding, Plane grinding and centerless grinding
